problem with the windows device text event

hi i created the windows mobile application with Target OS 6.0 usning c# in that when i click the hardware button in the device iam able to access that event in the form key press. if the cursor is in the text box and when i press the harware button iam unable to catch the event. what is the posile reason to behave like this.
