To whom we must prepare money? How will we report them (patent holders) about our sales, and how will we send them the money?
How about FAAD & FAAC, can we utilize them in the commercial program?
Please look also at the BASS_AAC library at un4seen.com. What if we gonna implement (and distribute) this support as a plugin?
Is there any chance to simply include the file format support and stay away from all these complex procedures? Has anyone solved this problem?
