in my appliction i want to know mobile model no when i give any persons contact no so give me any website which provides that functionality.

Mobile number (the customer calling number) can never provide this information. The IMEI number can be used to find the make and model.

Depending on what countries you need this for. You may be able to work with the network operators to get this information.

I don't know about cost but I do know it's not guaranteed that you can get accurate information. You can't always know which network a number is on. You then can't ask the network for device information.

That you're working from previously supplied numbers is likely to make for more potential problems as well. This is because since the number was provided it may have been migrated to a different network or the SIM or number may now be being used in/for a different phone.

Depending on your reason for wanting this information there may be other ways of getting what you need. There may also be subtle differences in devices that are the identified by the manufacturer or network as being the same make/model. (Consider devices which are made in batches. The newer batch may be constructed with a newer version of the firmware, operating system or other software but still be the same model.) There are also devices which are often reported as having the same model number but come in different hardware configurations.
