is there any online tool available to test sql queries for oracle online.
I need it because I dont have oracle right now but to test sql is critical.

You could use this VmWare image of Oracle XE 10g. It isn't small but maybe you can download elsewhere and burn to a disc or copy to a USB drive. Then you just need the free VMWare Player to run it.
This will give you an actual Oracle instance that you can use for experimentation.

You could sign up at http://apex.oracle.com and you can mess around with your own schema to your heart's content, testing your SQL with any test data you like.
