How to display Chinese characters (or how to create Unicode snippets) in Autohotkeys?

Question

I usually expand text like this:

::text::this should expanded

But if I use Chinese characters they don't show up properly:

::text::我是

Is expanded like: §Ú¬O

I think I need some code to make the script support UTF-8

Any suggestions?
