Vary: Accept-Encoding always set to *

Hi Guys,

I am trying to set the "Vary:Accept-Encoding" header using ASP.NET MVC and the HttpCompress from blowery.

The problem I keep running into is that the header sets to Vary: * instead of Vary:Accept-Encoding

Would anyone be able to assist in what would be causing this?
