TFS email diff on commit

Question

Hi All,

Anyone know of a way to send diff emails when a commit is made to TFS 2010?

Essentially, the email should show all files modified, along with all lines added/edited/deleted (as well as a few "context lines" i.e. unchanged lines above and below the modified areas)
