I'm looking for a free or opensource IDE for vbscript... i have Visual Studio 2008, but it doesn't support vbs.

yes that is a good IDE for vbs, but I'm currently using that one and its not free... so its annoying having the pop upsthanks

Look for Microsoft Script Editor. It may be installed on your system if you have office. I found mine in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\MSE7.EXE
This isn't really free. If you already have Office installed, it shouldn't cost you any extra. And of course, it is not open-source.
