How to handle TimePicker + and - (increment and decrement) in android

Hi Folks,

I am new to android, i am facing one problem which is in my layout i put one button to set the time. when user press that button it would like to call a timepicker widget to set the time. while increment the minutes i want to increment by 15 min by one click not a increment by one. is it a way to handle increment and decrement while user clicking the widget? please help me out is it possible to handle or not. give me some suggestion on this.
