Text IFilter not support Multilanguage

Hi All,

I m using IFilter to extract text content from .txt extensions. Everything is working fine but when I deal with other languages like chinese or east asian languages, my ifilter is not extracting the text in Unicode. Extracted text contains question marks and junk characters.

May I know is it possible to use IFilters to extract multilanguage text content. If possible can I get any idea on how to extract the content.
