How to get the street and label layers only when using Google Map?

We have access to local Aerial photography that is higher quality and more up to date than Google Maps Satellite layer. We want to display our imagery with Google streets and labels on top. So I really wanna know is there any possible way to use Google Map with the Satellite layer replaced?
