Is there any free Video tutorial for Windows Azure development with Web Role?

Head on over to www.MSDev.com and search for Azure. There are several excellent getting-started videos. There's an informative (and humorous) series by Bill Lodin. There are also very specific topics such as getting started, SQL Azure, worker roles, etc. You'll find webrole shown in any of the getting-started or fundamentals videos, such as Developing a Windows Azure application.

Just to add to what David has already suggested I found the session videos from PDC 2009 excellent. They cover all of the basic and there are a number of more in depth sessions on SQL Azure, blogs, tables, worker roles etc.
You can access them at http://microsoftpdc.com/Sessions and just search for Azure.

Agreed, Andy - great resources, and there's stuff from "a lap around azure" all the way to "patterns for scalability." I actually attended PDC09 - and missed so many good sessions due to overlap. The fact that Microsoft put all the sessions up there plus slides is awesome.
