mysql license WAMP distribute

Question

Hi, We have a product which makes use of a portable WAMP server. If we want to sell this product to a customer, how does the licensing work in this case? Will MySQL license need to be bought?

You can sell your code and distribute the mysql freely if you put your own code under GPL, too. You then have to distribute the sourcecode of your own application to everyone who bought it (or alternatively offer to send it to them later on demand).

If you don't want to release your own product on gpl, you have to pay for a commercial license.
