I want to learn xslt and also asp.net mvc, but I'd like to have an exam so I can get a certification. Are there exams for xslt or mvc from Microsoft or from another company?

Not sure for XSLT- possibly "no" as in "only as part of something larger".
MVC - no. it is not part of the official MS curriculum YET and SO FAR pretty much a small side thing from the whole certification side. May come once 2010 is out. I suggest you check the 2010 / .NET 4.0 certifications - they should be somewhere already.
Even there, though, it probably is not something like "ASP.NET MVC", but part of a broader ASP.NET certification.

I'm not aware of any XSLT-only certifications, but there are XML certifications.
They require some level of competency with XSLT in order to pass.
