I think the API call you need is NetUserAdd.

you can use the NetUserAdd and NetUserSetGroups functions declarated in the JEDI Headers.

Hi I am new to Delphi . I have tried this code , but nothing happens . the code does not give any error or exception , and it is not creating local windows user account. Any help will be appreciated thanks in advance
