You should have something like this in your web.config file.

<connectionStrings>
  <add name="ac210db6ConnectionString" connectionString="server={YOUR-SERVER-NAME-OR-IP};database={DATABASE-NAME};Integrated Security=True;"/>
</connectionStrings>
