Anyone have experience with IPSWITCH's Managed File Transfer Workflow Engine

We're currently hosting an IPSWITCH managed FTPS site to provide data to customers and vendors. Our usage is limited but will definitely grow over the next year (50 transfers per day -- up and down). We're looking at this additional tool to automate many of our transfers.

What's you general impression of the tool? Is it reliable? Would an average business user be able to use it?

Any experience with the API?
