Using WMD in an iFrame

Anyone know how to get WMD working in an iFrame?

I'm using this version: http://github.com/ananthakumaran/wmd/

I think it's the "top." javascript path that's messing it up - but i'm not quite sure how to edit it such that it's pathing correctly.
