Auth fail - c# set appointments in my calendar in Outlook using Webdav

When I try to login to my Outlook url to reach for my "Calendar" / "Agenda" my VS2008 .net throws the following exception: 

{System.Net.WebException: De externe server heeft een fout geretourneerd: (401) Niet gemachtigd.
   bij System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
   bij OutlookAPI._Default.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in D:\Werkmappen\Projecten\OutlookAPI.local\OutlookAPI\OutlookAPI\Default.aspx.cs:regel 62}

Which in English would mean that I am not Authorized. Is this something that the System Administrator over here has to set for me? The url I'm trying to reach for is located on an Exchange server, that's why I'm using webdav.
