HP Quality Center 10- Publishing Dashboard reports

Question

Hello-

We are creating reports on QC 10 using the dashboard module. I was wondering if there is a quick, built-in way to publish a URL so 3rd parties (non-QC users) can view the reports on the web.

Is such thing possible or is there a recommended workaround to that? Our second option would be to export the report to Excel.
