Digital Signature Device Recommendations (Mini Tablet)

Question

I'd like to capture signatures of application users with a mini-tablet/little pos signature device.

I welcome any first hand experiences of which ones were good and which ones to stay away from.

Off the top of my head I can think of a few features I'd like to see:

1. USB interface
2. Not too expensive (I don't know 100-200 dollars?)
3. Be easy to integrate with a managed .NET application

Also I realize most people, myself included, think of digitally signing assemblies with code instead of a mini-tablet device, if there is a more accurate phrase for this pleas let me know.
