how to get around a firewall using Tortoise

Once I try to checkout my project, Tortoise tells me: Error: Repository moved temporarily to
Error: 'https://sdljlfj.com/sdfsjdlfkjskldjf';
Error: please relocate
I think the firewall redirect my connection or somehow....

Does anybody know how to fix this from my side.
