Q: 

when searching by year tag parameter it's finds the nearest and not strict

{exp:weblog:entries weblog="news" limit="5" paginate="top" year=segment_1 month=segment_2 }

this code sometimes looks like it's working, and sometimes finds other blog entries.

what could be the problem? is there any more info i would need to give you?
