As far as I know, there's no date set yet. Though you can follow the delevopment and changes on the official Bitbucket. Also keep an eye out on the official news section.

When it is ready. EllisLab do not do road-maps, but by my testing the last of the MAJOR bugs have been fixed. I already have PyroCMS running on 2.0 and not spotted any more major problems since the last batch of bug-fixes I submitted.
