I have a sql query based report that returns multiple rows - typically 5 - each one having different values in the main data columns (8 off) and a column called type. Effectively for each different type there will be a different set of values in the corresponding 8 values columns. The report works perfectly but I cannot get more than one 'row' at a time to show up as columns on a column chart in the same report. I have tried adding the 'type' field to the series drop area on the chart but it still only shows one set of data. If I filter the series to be = to one of the expected types then the correct data appears as columns. At the very least I need to show two of the five sets overlaid, ideally with one being columns and the other being a line. I tried filtering to just two of the series - e.g. type in (1, 105) but again only one shows up on the chart. This is driving me nuts and all the samples / examples I can find seem to be saying this is easy! Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
