I know Microsoft Certified Architect (too costly) and Sun Certified Enterprise Architect. But I have Microsoft Technology background. So am looking for something except these two.

Probably not the answer you're after, but I would say "12+ years of experience" in programming + Architecture was easily worth any 'decent' certification.

One certification I found is "SEI Software Architecture Professional Certificate". It also has an option for eLearning. Also there is no expiration for the Certificate.
