i have add a content bolck in aspx page .. but defaultcontentId in the property of content block is not display that button by which i can add content id. can you solve my problem.. first time that i add content block , then the button of defaultContentId is showing..

You must install the base Ektron software on your server. Then you can setup a site using their site installer. This will allow you to integrate Ektron server controls into your asp.net site.
