One page subreport getting generated 4 times

Question

When inserting subreport on the main page, for one page subreport, i am getting 4 pages. That is, the first page is getting repeated 4 times..

Check the width and height of the subreport in its properties.

Also check what its "Position Type" is set too. "Float" allows it to expand and shrink to the size of the data.
