I have this file format from 602 form filler. Unfortunately 602 sotfware no longer offer an SDK to their product.

I can't figure out how convert the file from zfo to .fo. Honestly I don't even know if the file is zipped or encoded, signed. Its pure confusion. 602 have multiple conflicting product marketing material on this file format, and there is hardly any technical documentation.
I've tried MSCryptoAPI but that does not work reliably enough to handle large file sizes, and the LargeCMS workaround only works on Windows 2008 Server+
I just need to find a reliable way to take this format and convert it to standard XML.
