Most blogs involving C# will have posts on fairly obscure or advanced topics. I doubt there is anyone blogging regularly on basic C#.
Your best bet is to pick up one of the better c# books - such as C# In Depth

While I love Jon Skeet's blog, the things he discusses are usually no beginner topics. Reading his book would be a better pick.

Eric lippert has an excellent blog that covers the more detailed aspects of the language. As one of the architects of the language he knows a lot about it! Fabulous adventures in coding
