I am making a closed source software. Which License should I choose from?

GNU Free Documentation License 1.2 or later and Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.

You are making non free software, which is fundamentally incompatible with any free software license. Any OSI approved license (With a possible exception of the QPL) is a free software license.

However, if your aim is to crowd source your documentation (a questionable strategy, but valid question), the same license that covers the content for Stack Overflow would be fine.

Just keep in mind, anyone would be free to copy, modify and redistribute your documentation and manuals (with proper attribution), which may or may not be what you want. Traditionally, non-free programs come with non-free documentation.
