"A duplicate insert block exists for class xx in the source files"

Question

Anyone seen this? If so, would you know how to fix it?

In Embedded Visual studios 4. I'm attempting to add a class though the class wizard. Because the file existed already, the first attempt failed. So I deleted the file and attempted to add the class again.

Now I get the error message in the subject, and I can't figure out what to do about it.. Apart from roll back my code..
