My Blackberry ADE installation doesn't work. What should I do?

how to configure the blackberry application development environment .i am downloading the

BlackBerry JDE Plug-in for Eclipse 1.1 (FULL INSTALLER)

i installed the environment

windows->preferences->blackberry jde : in this window i am not getting following Options:

  1. BlackBerry workspace
  2. installed components
  3. MDS simulator

what's my mistake?

if you have any solution pl help me
