How can I add a button on one toolbar like the old-time?

In the previous version of Visual Studio, to add a new button for a toolbar, I just need to: right click (on an empty space on the toolbar space) - Customize... - Drag and drop button from menus/toolbars around (holding Ctrl to copy).

Now in Visual Studio 2010, I can not do the same!?
