Anyone know a good viewer for file diffs between an ftp host and a workstation?

Check out Beyond Compare from Scooter Software. The link goes directly to the "Compare Files, Folders" page where it states that it synchronizes FTP sites, zip files, etc. I have used this for a long time as a way to synchronize data to external hard drives. I admit I haven't tried or tested the FTP functionality, but it's a great utility to have, so see if it works for you.
