Problem with displaying Hebrew language in the device

Hi all , I build a mobile application getting data from a remote server via web service . I'm using the JCP 172 sun implementation to use the service . Some of the data is in Hebrew , it displayed as strange chars , and I return the data from the web service as UTF 8 . Is there any workarround on this problem .
