One page checkout breaks after clicking "edit" the first step

Hello,

There is a very annoying bug on Magento one page checkout page.

The first step of checkout closes up after clicking "edit". This shouldn't happen as that step is already being edited and there is no previous step...

I can't find the piece of code that is responsible for it.
