How i access DataGrid(DataGridTemplate) in xaml.cs

Hi, 

 <dg:DataGridTemplateColumn Header="Alerts">
                    <dg:DataGridTemplateColumn.CellTemplate>
                        <DataTemplate>
                            <TextBlock></TextBlock>
                        </DataTemplate>
                    </dg:DataGridTemplateColumn.CellTemplate>                        
            </dg:DataGridTemplateColumn>

How can i access TextBlock in xaml.cs. like this TextBlock.Text="HelloMoto" please help me. thanks in advance
