What are the top websites to learn good (and new) design and coding practices for web developers? (HTML, CSS2, CSS3, Javascript, etc.)

Right now, the pages that I visit everyday are:

  • Smashing Magazine

janoChen, Ignore the comments by Cobusve... you cannot assess the degree of complexity a question has based on your own knowledge.... for example someone might find learning Javascript very difficult - Just because I might know a lot about it doesn't make it 'easy' for everyone else.
