Include Custom Classes in Kohana 3 User Guide

I've been trying to figure out how to do this and I thought I'd share what I found on stackoverflow so that others looking for the same info can benefit.

Specifically, i was trying to figure out how to enable the Kohana 3 User Guide in my application and to automatically include my custom code in the API guide that is built.
