SharePoint 2010 Error: List does not exist

Question

When trying to add or edit tasks as any user other than domain admins on my SharePoint 2010 site, I get the following error:
List does not exist.
The page you selected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.

I have the same problem with accessing to the callendar from internet, when i try to add event, modify or even change view, sharepoint show information that list does not exist. I'm using owner group user.
