opening site from pc on mobile

I made a web application and I can connect to it some times from another pc on the same wireless network

but if i tried to open it on the browser of N95 mobile it gives me alert of "system error"

is any one could make suggestions or tell me why

  1. I turned firewall off
  2. I use static IP for my pc
