Depends on a lot of things..
I'm not sure that titles are standardized across organizations - so reach out and ask the employees of your prospective employer to get a better handle on the situation.
Ditto on growth/earning/job satisfaction - depends on the firm and your personal goals.
Bright career is subjective - as is job satisfaction. Someone might find being a PM more satisfying than an architect. That does not make PM better or worse.
