disabling UIWebView scrolling on navigation bar in jqtouch

Hi,

I have an application that is primarily built using jqTouch. Is there a way to disable touch move on the navigation bar? What happens now is, the content is scrolling fine with navigation bar being static, but if user trys to srolll the navigation bar, its allowed. On doing so, it just shows the UIWebView scrolling (dark grey background when scrolled down).
