Flash player 10.1 and expressInstall.swf

You all may have noticed that the flash player installer has changed for this new 10.1 release. Well, when using expressInstall.swf to autoupdate from flash player 10 to 10.1 (google chrome) the installation fails because "Flash player is in use". Of course it's in use, it's the expressIntall.swf that is loaded. This didn't fail when upgrading from 9.xx to 10.xx.

Anyone else has run into this issue?
