Question

Hi

I tried working the Hello world application and the emulator freezes after it flases Android start screen. The home page is not shown. The last display on the console is

Waiting for HOME ('android.process.acore') to be launched...

I tried reinstalling eclipse and android again. It still did not work. Also the console does not show any errors. The log cat has the following errors:

Please help me out.Thanks

If you're talking the text-only A N D R O I D _ screen, then just wait longer. If it freezes during the graphical ANDROID screen, then I have no idea what's going on.

hey friend wait until the main window showing lock icon comes and then drag it to unlock itand wait for some minutes as it takes time .solution by bharti boys at xoriant

I'm still coming across this problem. Not sure how to address it. Do I have to wait every time I debug or is there a better workflow?

well i got the same problem in my PC with Vista...then i've installed the same stuff on another PC with XP and it's gone!
