Hi,
I need to customize the Portable Apps launcher executable. I understand it is an open source project.
Can anyone who has done this in the past, please tell me the development environment needed (what compilers, libraries etc), and the link to the source code for the launcher itself? I downloaded the source code from SourceForge project page, but no luck compiling it with MinGW. There are no instructions anywhere either. I am surprised that no one has asked this question before.
