C# MDIContainer MenuStrip ControlBox on the left

Hi,

when I open a child form the controlbox (close, min, max icons) in my menu strip is on the left side instead of the right side, when LayoutStyle is set to "Flow". How can I fix that? I want the ControlBox to be on the right side. Below an example, a menu strip (with two lines + controlbox)
