I run an e-commerce website, they get tons of emails and phone calls about the same questions over and over.

I want to offer visitors possible answers to their question before they can submit an email to the customer service team.

I've seen websites that had really cool and powerful simple interfaces that just let the user ask a question and show possible answers. If they can't find the answer, then they can use our existing contact form.

I'm not looking for a wiki solution, nor a full customer service solution. Just that missing piece of suggesting answers before send an email.

Can anyone suggest a platform for this so I don't have to write it from scratch?

Thanks

That looks a little overkill. Like I said, I'm not looking for a issue tracking system. Just a nice searchable FAQ that can be manage internally.
