Have same error in English version of SQL 2008 and SBS server 2008. Solution: http://www.aghausman.net/dotnet/could-not-load-file-or-assembly-microsoftsqlservermanagementsdksfc.html Didn’t help me. Anyway I can work with always answering 'continue'. If You find solution please mail me.
